3.3 kaki33 may require you to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawal.
3.4 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kaki33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 kaki33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
4.1 The kaki33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during use of the Platform.
4.2 By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. kaki33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (including government-issued photo identification) at any stage of the account lifecycle.
4.3 Any Account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the depositing payment method, net of any withdrawals already processed. Any winnings generated will be forfeited.
4.4 If you become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform using your Account credentials, you must notify kaki33 immediately via the support channel.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kaki33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is the Player's responsibility and will be at rates determined by the payment provider.
5.2 Deposits made via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank are typically credited to the Player's Account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. kaki33 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are (a) registered in the Player's name and (b) verified to kaki33's satisfaction through the KYC process. kaki33 will not process withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties under any circumstances.
5.4 kaki33 reserves the right to apply a standard processing period for withdrawal requests. Players are advised to allow up to 48 hours for processing, although the Platform endeavours to process verified withdrawal requests to e-wallets within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions.

10.1 The kaki33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kaki33 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 kaki33 shall not be liable to any Player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if kaki33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 kaki33's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit kaki33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.1 kaki33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 kaki33 may share Player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors as required by applicable law or the terms of its operating licence.
